Color-Coded Ribbon Cable (8-Conductor)
Color-coded ribbon cable with eight conductors laid flat, each in its own insulation color, for low-voltage control and small-current power between a control board and the parts around it. PVC insulation, PE to order, rated -20 to +80°C. It is a plain point-to-point wire for the assembler to crimp or solder; it does not carry high-speed differential signals. Length, wire gauge, color sequence, and an outer jacket are made to order.

Applications
It is the low-voltage wiring inside industrial control boards, instruments, lab equipment, small appliances, and test fixtures: board-to-board runs, panel and button-board wiring, sensor and relay-board leads, LED and display-backlight feeds, and the small-current interconnects inside printers, vending machines, audio gear, and low-voltage medical devices. Wherever a handful of control and DC power lines run point to point inside a housing or cabinet, this is the cable. It is sold as bulk wire to control-board, instrument, and appliance makers and to EMS plants doing their own crimping or soldering.

Eight conductors in eight fixed colors mean every wire can be identified at a glance, so polarity and pin order are read off the color and miswiring is caught before power-up, on the line and again when a technician opens the unit years later. The flat lay keeps the run tidy and bends easily around a board edge, and the conductors take either crimp or solder termination. It is unshielded and meant for low-voltage control and small-current power only; signal and power lines can share the same ribbon. Voltage and current ratings, wire gauge, and pitch are confirmed on the order. A harness with connectors is quoted separately.
